Our Folded Hands

Women helping Women. Reaching out to the Sister who still suffers. Helping each other through the Good times and the Difficult times. To get to the SOBER way of life, One Day at a Time.

Promise of a new Day

To be what we are, and to become what we are capable of becoming is the only end of life. —Robert Louis Stevenson—

Our creation was our invitation to contribute that which is uniquely our own to the life process. Our brothers and sisters have been likewise invited. Our experiences are not without purpose. They offer us opportunities to practice the contributions we have been created to make. Realizing potential is possible when we are committed to stepping forward to meet the challenges head on. No challenge is beyond our capability; every challenge promises new growth and a measure of serenity. Our search for security, for self-worth, if it’s sincere, pledges us to stay with the daily challenges. They will teach us all that we are prepared to learn. I go forth today with anticipation and gratitude for the opportunities to be wholly one.

My experiences will be exactly what I’m ready for.
