Hold fast to dreams for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. —Langston Hughes—
Our dreams the the invitations to preform the dance we’ve been gifted with. Dreams are full of purpose.
They mean to inspire us, acting as markers along the the paths to our destination. Had we no dreams, we’d quickly lose the will to live.
The twenty-four hours ahead will be filled with dreams as well as actions. The actions we take today are no doubt inspired
by yesterday’s or last week’s dreams. Dreams help us to imagine that which our souls desire us to do. This imaginary is powerful, helping us to be prepared for any situation that requests our involvement.
Through our dreams we feel the pull of our inner self—that center we each have which knows our needs, our talents,
our proper course and destination. We need to nurture the tie to the inner self; we can be grateful for our dreams.
My lifeline to tomorrow is through today’s dreams. I will respect its call.
