We only see one little slice of reality. How can we know what’s right for others? To be flexible doesn’t mean to be wishy-washy or indecisive; often people who refuse to grow will say they want to “remain flexible.” But one can be flexible and still have strong direction, generosity, and broad tolerance for others growth.
