Vegetarian Oat Burger

Ingredients:
1 cup Splendor Garden Thick Rolled Oats
1 cup crackers, crushed
3 eggs, beaten (or mix 3 tbsp of ground flaxseed with 9 tbsp of hot water as a replacement)
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp Splendor Garden Sage
3/4 tsp Splendor Garden Thyme
1/4 tsp Splendor Garden Garlic Salt
Instructions:
Brown onions in a skillet.
Combine other ingredients in a separate bowl and add onions. If using flax seed substitute, allow flax to thicken in hot water first.
Slowly add water until moist (about 1/2 cup).
Mix well.
Form into patties and gently brown in skillet, then place patties in a pan and add 2 cups of boiling water + 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes at 350ยบ.
